Easy Periodic Table is a free learning website. You don't need an account to use it, and we never ask for your name or contact details. This page explains, in plain words, what the site keeps, what it measures and where.

What stays on your device

So that Easy Periodic Table works the way you left it, it saves a few things in your browser:

  • Settings: the theme and the digits you prefer (Bengali or English).
  • How you view the table, for example as a list or a grid.
  • Your last 50 quiz results, and which questions you have answered, so you can see your progress.
  • The elements you are comparing, only until you close the tab.

None of this leaves your device. We can't see it, and it is never sent to a server.

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers your language for a year. Google Analytics also sets cookies whose names start with _ga, so it can tell visits apart. None of them is used for advertising.

Visitor statistics

To learn which pages help students, Easy Periodic Table uses Google Analytics. It records the pages you visit, your rough location (country or city), your type of device and browser, and how you found the site. Google receives this along with your IP address, but Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We don't use these statistics for advertising or to find out who you are. Your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker can turn them off, and the site works the same without them.

When a page is delivered

Like any website, the server that sends you each page sees your IP address and the type of browser you use. These are used only to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you contact us

“Send feedback” and “Report a problem” open your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. If you do, we receive your email address and what you wrote, including the page or question you reported. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem.

Students and children

Most people who use Easy Periodic Table are students, many of them under 18. The site never asks anyone for personal details, and the visitor statistics above are not used to identify or advertise to anyone.

Removing your data

To remove your settings and quiz history, clear this site's data in your browser settings (often under “Site settings” or “Cookies and site data”). On a shared computer, use a private window: it forgets everything when you close it.

Changes to this page

If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
